Return Policy

All Hold Fast products are backed by a 30-day No Questions Asked Guarantee. If you would like to return a product, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

2. Please include a copy of your receipt. If you do not have your receipt, include your name, address and phone number.

3. Replacement product will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need a replacement right away, ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.

4. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. All credit requests will be handled within 7 business days, it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to apply your credit.

5. Shipping charges are refunded if:
  • We ship an incorrect product
  • A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
  • A product was damaged during shipping
